My partner and I just moved in and we couldn’t be more grateful for the smooth process we were able to have, much of that because of AJ (Alan Jones). He gave us a great tour and then worked closely with my realtor to ensure we found the right townhome that fit our needs and situation. He was always kind, supportive, and communicative throughout the entire process. We are forever grateful for everything he did for us and for DR Horton creating a great experience for us purchasing our first home!
Let me start by saying that I'm a licensed real estate agent and I normally loathe new construction transactions. Primarily because most new home builders nickel-and-dime home buyers and underpay realtors. HOWEVER, I stand corrected and thoroughly impressed by D.R.
