Let me start by saying that I'm a licensed real estate agent and I normally loathe new construction transactions. Primarily because most new home builders nickel-and-dime home buyers and underpay realtors. HOWEVER, I stand corrected and thoroughly impressed by D.R. Just toured this new home community and was really impressed—great layout, quality builds, and beautiful finishes. AJ, the sales rep, was amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and truly helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for new construction!
