put damaged windows in my home and 3 months later I'm still waiting for 3 replacement sashes and caps to hide the screw holes....I called 2 weeks ago and was told by Justin (who claimed to be one of the owners)that he would get back to me after speaking with the manufacturer...crickets...so I called him today and got the same run around...so I'm calling PGT WINDOWS CORP OFFICE..to rectify my own situation...I do not recommend using this company.. update: here it is going on 6 months and still have not heard a word on the rep... read more
I highly recommend Spring Hill windows and doors did absolutely amazing with installing windows and door for us. They were very professional, communicate very well with us, and even fixed a screen that wasn’t included. Will definitely use them again.
