I have gone here for years, LOVED it. Then this year I was being hung up on when I made an appointment, left waiting in a room for almost an hour, quickly dismissed out the door without an actual diagnosis. My dog has been sick for years without hardly a second glance. The second I went to a new vet they knew immediately what was wrong with him and have even called to check on how he’s doing.
We have been going there for 11 years. They are good to our dogs and are so friendly.
Dr. Poynor is very caring and personable. She really takes the time to listen to you and really hear what you are saying about your pet. She works quickly with her staff to see to the needs of yours pets. We really appreciate the kind, caring staff!
