Fantastic Care & Committment – Out pets have visited Dr Redeker and his staff for over 15 years. During that time their care and patience with our dog was exceptional. During visits for routine care and those that were more serious, they always treated her like the princess we thought she was. During her last visit they helped us make the difficult decision of putting her to sleep with dignity and giving us time to grieve and be part of her last moments. Great Place, Great Service, Great People – Our family has been "clients" of Dr. Redeker's clinic for almost 20 years (since we moved into the area). Shortly after moving into the area, one of our Old English Sheepdogs (about 12 years old at the time) took ill. The compassionate care given by Dr. Redeker & his staff when our Sheepdog passed, convinced us that his was a place we would continue to patronize. EXCELLENT COMPASSIONATE VET CARE! – When I moved to Carpentersville my current vet was over an hour away. My brother in-law & sister recommended Spring Hill Vet Clinic. Being a certified vet assistant I hate going to veterinary clinic where they talk down to you. Dr. Redeker & his staff are extremely friendly, compassionate & intelligent! The Best Care – Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic is the best among all the vets in the northern Fox Valley area. They have a very knowledgeable, professional, caring staff. We've taken exotic pet frogs in, and were prescribed effective medications with which to treat them. We've found injured wildlife, such as a young turtle with a fishhook in his eye, a bullfrog with part of his leg missing, an abandoned baby blue jay, and a cedar waxwing found on hot asphalt after colliding with a vehicle. Would NEVER go to this vet again!! – This vet joined with Furry Babies which is where I purchased my bugle (bulldog beagle mix.) This is the most unorganized vet I have ever been to. When I purchased my bugle from furry babies they informed me that all of her 1st shots and her spay were included in the purchase of the dog. Springhill vet later called me to tell me that I must hurry to get her into the vet because the included spay was only covered for a very short time. Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic – We have been taking our dog to Spring Hill Vet for over 14 years. The staff there is wonderful. They are kind, polite, and professional. Dr. Redeker spends a lot of time discussing things and is always willing to thoroughly answer questions. You can see they really care about the animals they treat. When my youngest daughter's gerbil died, they even sent a sympathy card.

Great customer service – I have just had to put my dong to rest after 14+ years. We selected Spring Hill 14 years ago and never regretted our decision. They were always polite, knowledgeable, helpful and very respectful. It my honest sincere opinion that Dr. Redeker and his staff did an outstanding job in every way. I would recommend Spring Hill to anyone.
