The surgery center itself is great- however- y’all need to quit doing Vanderbilt affiliated surgeries if they can’t manage to send patient info and coordinate surgery times. Not a good experience- showed up at 6am for surgery only to find out they had nothing scheduled for me. Have been receiving reminders all week about the procedure and location. Awful. I am a “veteran” of many surgeries and my experience with Spring Hill Surgery Center was one of the best that I’ve had. The dr explained the procedure very clearly and the nurses were awesome. I would definitely recommend this center to others.
