Lending department is beyond poor. I lost so much money on the home I was supposed to purchase because Dave did EVERYTHING I asked for incorrect and still had the nerve to blame me for everything. I have emails and several phone conversations where I clearly stated what kind of loan I was wanted. Their communications skills are incredibly poor there was so much information that was supposed to be relayed to me and was not. No one takes the time to call and make you aware.
