I had the WONDERFUL experience of dealing with Monica the OWNER's daughter. My husband and I are planning to be in the Dells area from 05/15-05/17/15. I made a reservation on Expedia for 05/16/2015 and received my confirmation. Shortly there after I wanted to change my credit card the reservation was made on. I called and spoke with MONICA who was driving, as there season was not open yet and she answered my call as a courtesy. Don't be fooled by their "website" (springhillmotel.blogspot.com); it's old and the info/photos are outdated (2005). I asked myself what kind of a legitimate establishment doesn't have a real website that's current, and instead operates off of a free blog site, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake.
