I have never had a dentist so rough scraping my teeth that he made me bleed but this one did! He seemed like he was mad or something! The hygienist was supposed to clean my teeth but never came so an assistant did the cleaning and did a horrible job! They were not the normal squeaky clean you are supposed to get when leaving from a cleaning! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
I’ve been a patient for 6 year and couldn’t be better serviced. Great providers, staff, cleanliness, aesthetics. Always on top/ahead of my dental health, compassionate, and detailed oriented. Highly recommended.
Booked my husband a cleaning. He went in and they gave him a laundry list of things he needed done. Wouldn’t clean his teeth. Asked for $2K paid up front for the list of stuff he needed done. Insane! Wasted 2 hours. Left with no cleaning.
First time here. Dr Upton and the staff (Brittany - front desk, Chelsea - Hygienist & Claudia - X-rays ) were friendly, informative and caring. While a dental visit will never be in my top 25 things to do they made the experience quite pleasant. Dr Reid even stopped by to ask how my wife was doing who started here earlier this year and she told me I should switch - glad I did.
