Terrible Management, bond not filed for months, exit inspection undertaken and happy but then tried claiming full bond for cleaning. Full bond returned after 2 months as no evidence supplied to RTA. Dishonest practices. Communication limited and confusing. Would not recommend this place at all as it will cause unnecessary stress at some point.
Amazing complex, any issues raised are sorted promptly with body corporate, close to good restaurants nearby walking distance, let alone the valley, if you're looking for a place in the heart of Brisbane... This is the spot.
My experience with the building manager in Spring Hill was extremely frustrating. This is not an isolated case — the same story keeps repeating with several tenants, especially those with limited English skills. He follows a clear pattern of behavior: lack of transparency, poor communication, and, worse, an abusive attitude aimed at taking advantage of people to make money off them. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩The managers are really rude persons . I lived there and they just decided to do carpet cleaning in my unit without my permission . They had they key , they entered in my unit and did it before my lease ceased . Also be careful , they will take your bond without reason . They are robbers . Bad persons and unprofessional
