Not responsive and not professional. Initially it was very hard to get in contact with them and get someone to come out to get an estimate. Once I finally got a estimate and a scheduled date for them to come out. I expect some sort of communication in advice if they could not do the work. The day off our schedule date he did not show and I had to call them to find out that they could not do our yard. His response was “yards to small and would not have time”.
