“Bad Experience From Day One!” Went in 2023 for X-rays and cleaning. I was told upfront everything was covered by insurance—confirmed before the appointment. Cleaning was subpar, and the dentist missed an obvious abscess that two others caught days later. I only expected to pay for a $30 fluoride treatment. Now, nearly 2 years later, they hit me with a $300+ bill saying insurance didn’t cover it. No notice until now, and the original receptionist is gone. Feels shady. Looking into reporting them.
