Good services, very professional
I couldn’t recommend this place enough! They did an amazing job repairing the passenger side of my Toyota Rav 4, and provided great customer service through the entire process. I also had a rental car from Enterprise, which I was able to simply leave at the shop once my car was ready, and they coordinated with Enterprise for pick up. All of the staff were friendly & knowledgeable, making a stressful/unfortunate situation easy to handle!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took in my wife's Lexus GX July 2024 after we got hit front left side. Insurance recommended this shop. Only thing I'll give them is the did a good job repairing the vehicle AESTHETICALLY only. absolutely no mechanical repairs even though I let the guy know there was a clunking noise. We were hit pretty hard in the wheel and they didn't bother to change wheel bearings or check the axle or differential. Very friendly people in beginning of process, car came out looking nice but later had some trouble with the shop and my former insurance haggling over the costs of repairs. A promised time frame of 3 weeks turned into 3 months and drained my pockets due to rentals, ubers and gas. I was put in the middle of everything and had zero to do with it and I suffered. I have brought my own vehicles and have sent many referrals to Spring Hill for over 15 years and have always had amazing customer service with Brian and the rest of the staff there. I am very particular with paint and body work, and their craftsmanship has never let me down.
