Thank you so much for the incredible experience for grandma. She truly loves it here and has had such a great time. She loves being able to spend time outdoors, play games, be social, and especially the food. Thank you for taking care of her.

The staff is unprofessional and there were two senior citizens wandering around the property looking lost. We went for a tour that was scheduled at the Spring Hill location for today (Saturday) at 2pm. After being ignored for 10 minutes in the office, a random employee rudely told us that they don’t do “business” on weekends. She apparently checked with her boss and was waiting to hear back if she should do the tour and come back other time for financial stuff. The staff here are liars and extremely rude. I never get to speak to the administrator or Sr staff with authority. I hear screaming of both staff and patients constantly. I get upset every time I call. Noone has empathy and its all about money. I have a right to speak to the patient and they have rights too.it is very important that a patient in memory care speak with their family and they refuse.
