I haven't been at Elevated Estates long but I felt at home from day one. The staff is caring and are truly interested in making the residents comfortable and happy. It is so easy to make friends and feel at home. I have special needs when it comes to food and I always have healthy meals that fit perfectly in my special dietary needs. When you have Dr. appts the facility makes sure you get there on time and have a prompt ride back. I recommend Elevated Estates Forest Oaks.

The person I had there fell on the fourth day. Hospitalized, literally fractured his skull. Never returned bc I was immediately told he wasn't allowed back bc he was trying to get out of restraints from his wheelchair. FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS we paid. never saw it again

We moved a family member to Elevated Estates 4 months ago, and after the initial adjustment to communal living, he has settled in nicely and likes his new home very much. He enjoys the food and appreciates the helpful and friendly staff members. We have found the staff very helpful, truly caring and very accommodating when we call to inquire about him or ask for their assistance. The property is very unique with many small cottages over several acres.

My mother was here because it was the only place that would accept her service dog. I recently moved my mother from Spring Hill ALF because I feared for her life. If you care about whomever it is, do not put them in this location or any Elevated Estates facility.

I wish I could put a minus-10 I was at Elevated Estates at Springhill, Florida for 7 Months. The New Owners are actually worse than the previous ones, which is an accomplishment! Truth is not their way. Snake 🐍 oil sales people. Gourmet meal are donuts with orange juice, or mystery meals. Depends on who cooks. WHEN I arrived I was told make myself at home . Home, If your home had fecal matter smeared on the rest room walls, or your told if you want a beverage to drink it must be drank in the dining room. I have a service do... read more
