They don't fix anything and if they do its not fixed right
I ranked this a three only because the new guy here managing it is doing the best he can. I have had several problems in the complex. It was very dirty. There are holes everywhere, therefore, mice and other undesirable bugs get in. The floor is caving in. There's mold everywhere. I have no closet door and the light fixture in the bathroom is falling.
