I Agree with @chrystal Knights.. some tenants have master key and go into other apartments stealing the janitor doesn't do nothing just gossip and be in peoples bussines I lived here for 2 years moved out 2 months ago still haven't recieved my security deposit I call and no answer they also changed phone numbers for what reason??
Clean apartments, well maintained grounds, friendly neighbors and staff.
I've been on the waiting list since 2019, 2020. A lady called in 2020 to See if I was still interested and, I replied yes but, I've applied for a 2 bedroom. I'm willing to accept a 1 bedroom and, I haven't heard from anyone until 2022 to update my information. I've been calling for quite sometime but, the number has been changed and, there's someone new in the office and, she's telling me I've been on the waiting list since 2022 & that's not correct. No one answers the phone. Over 4+ emails to Crystal Gray and Tamara Curry the regional manager and area manager. No one responds or calls back. Hayes Gibson is a joke of a management company. "A member of our team will contact you soon" Still nothing from them. Absolute joke.
