Great communication and follow up
This is the most wonderful place to call home. Beautiful surroundings, kind and caring staff, numerous activities, could not ask for a better home than here🤗
Spring haven, senior living staff was very helpful.The facility is very clean, everyone we dealt with here was just a pleasure to deal with.
I moved into Spring Haven 2 months ago and it was the best decision I have made. This place is so wonderful and everyone is so nice. They take good care of me. If you don’t believe me, come by and ask me. I would recommend living here to anybody.
My mom was in memory care and hospice. One time when the transport bus brought her to an orthopedic appointment in January, she arrived without pants on. On several occasions during the coldest snaps we had this winter, we arrived to find her hunched over in her wheelchair, dressed in nothing but a short nightgown. When someone is in memory care and hospice, they often can’t clearly communicate their needs.
