This is one of the worst GP surgeries in Halifax absoloutly nightmare. My dad has been very poorly attending to the appoitments complaining about how he feels and the doctors were laughing in his face and writing in his notes that he is absoloutly fit. We as a family are fuming and I we will complain to the care quality comissions to make sure they know about these horrible doctors. If you like waiting for hours before your call is answered and then getting appointments with doctors who don’t care then this is the surgery for you. If I could give less then one star then I would
This situation is unacceptable. I contacted the GP through Patchs and was given an email address to submit my request. If there is a system in place, it should be used properly. I emailed yesterday requesting a Right to Choose ADHD referral, and I have still not received any response. This level of communication is extremely disappointing. If this continues unresolved, I will seriously consider moving away from this GP practice. Having to wait until the next available contact just to be acknowledged is incredibly frustrating... read more
Sent a patches request at 12. Did not hear back until 5:30 the next day. Said there were no remaining appointments, which would have been okay if they didn’t send it half an hour before closing, like it wasn’t obvious. They showed no intent for any kind of follow up and simply said if it’s an emergency to ring these numbers and then closed the request. A truly mind blowing level of incompetence
