It's unacceptable that receptionists A.Khan incorrectly booked me with a Physician Associate for an ongoing medical issue, despite my clear requests for a doctor's appointment. When rang back to request Doctor S.Ali was defending the mistake and refused to rebook. On this occasions, I was explicitly told I was scheduled with a doctor, which proved to be false upon checking my records. Today I visited spring hall practice to get a form signed by a doctor, this was the third surgery in the group that I visited today. As It was private work I had to pay. I'm not bothered about that but it is private work so why have I been told that it will be 2-4 weeks before it will be ready to collect is this what private work is all about, taking your money then doing as they please. I enquired about this week's ago and was told a completely different story.
As everyone else I had a worst experience over the past years and instead of getting better it's getting worse. First of all the receptionists are really rude and think that we are stupid to even ask for a call back and should go to the chemist for every health problem we have. I am a diabetic and have a child who's pre diabetic. And also have fibroids and blood pressure so I cant go to chemist for every health problem. And the doctors are just horrendous.
