Received a call back from the surgery and spoke to Faris who went above and beyond get me the help I needed. He was well mannered and courteous and assisted me with my issue.
Booked for flu jab, people waiting then told might not be able to get it. A absolute joke.
Some doctors are very lazy for which I have filed a complaint even they don't do basic check ups just talk.
Absolutely appalled at the poor level of care and communication from this practice. I requested a blood test through PATCHS due to worrying symptoms (severe hair loss, fatigue, headaches), and was advised to attend an appointment at The Boulevard Clinic in Halifax on a Saturday.
