Horrible service since merger. Good Doctors and poor reception staff. Asked for a complaint form and he recommended changing the practice! Update 01/09/23 Some of the reception staff are still letting this practice down. Complaints procedure not easy or straightforward. The belligerent staff require you do it online and raise their voices! How many could and keep cool? Well I kept my cool and will take this Complaint to the next level. Extremely third class surgery - all of their branches. No communication at all. Booked two appointments today for myself and my son. The lady on the phone provided me with a phone appointment at 4.15 and in person for my son at 5. I took time off work and picked my kids from school early to be available for phone appointment as they could ask for physical appointment on the phone consultation. Terrible disorganised group practice. Avoid if possible, but you can’t since they took over all the GPs in town!
It's unacceptable that receptionists A.Khan incorrectly booked me with a Physician Associate for an ongoing medical issue, despite my clear requests for a doctor's appointment. When rang back to request Doctor S.Ali was defending the mistake and refused to rebook. On this occasions, I was explicitly told I was scheduled with a doctor, which proved to be false upon checking my records. Using the legally protected title "Doctor" in this misleading way suggests either gross negligence or intentional deception. This needs to be ... read more
