The home builders apparently used cardboard for the roof. It had to be replaced before 7 years.
SGP is quiet, with walking and biking and nature trails. Could probably use some “Ducks Crossing “ signs.
Not my type of neighborhood too too close
I highly recommend this pub. Great environment to chill and spend time with friends. Elgi and Jack made it a great experience! Very friendly and professional.
Many of the homes in Spring Grove are part of a class action lawsuit that's been ongoing for years. These homes have foundation issues, mold, drywall separation and other issues. The ground in many lots stays wet so the fences lean as well as rot quickly. I would not recommend living here due to the home problems.
