I was very unhappy with Spring Grove Animal Hospital services. My dog had diarrhea for over a month and the veterinarian refused to bring him in to check him out. The unethically order medicine over the phone. I had to go to the urgent care where they quickly resolved the problem after they looked at him in person! I was also mocked by the staff for complaining about the diarrhea issue. The staff member stated "Your always in here complaining!". Please note that I am considered disabled.
