place is a joke. ive traveled all over the world and never has a hotel or a resort charge me extra fees to clean my room. used the pool 1 time in 7 days. couldnt find an umbrella in the pool area protect my disabled daughter from the sun. went 2 times to the pools and had to turn back and go back to my room. very very disappointed.if i could i would give 0 stars
