These people are ridiculous and try to do illegal things to get money off of you. Just because a car wasn't left there for them to fix they tried to add hidden fees, including a $300 administrative fee for talking to them. According to Rhode Island general law 5-38.3-3 a shop must provide a written estimate upon request and hidden fees like this are illegal. Sad thing is they didn't even hide the fee. Great communication! He went above and beyond on multiple occasions throughout the process of having my Jeep fixed. Gave her back in perfect condition!

I was visiting from out of town and we drove in right before he was about to close. Charlie was gracious enough to help us out and did a tremendous job. Explained everything well with great service. Wish his shop was closer to home 10/10
