Worst place ever. Very unprofessional. Owner inside was very rude. I went to bring my power washer in for service under a warranty as they are supposed to be a “certified” warranty center for Briggs and Stratton. Not helpful. Unprofessional. I would never go back, would never recommend anyone going here.
Ahhhh. The smell of an old timey hardware store. Wood floors,loads of selection and personal service. You won't find that at the big stores! Soo happy I found it. As of Jan 2023 the store is closing. No issues, just time for owner to retire.😢
They have everything! If you can’t find it, ask. And they’re also happy to order an item for you in case they don’t have it. Such a gem in Hamden!
Best hardware store around. Workers very knowledgeable and helpful.
