I’ve been to Huatan Gardens multiple times since they changed ownership, and every single visit has been disappointing. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were just having an off day, but after several visits, I can confidently say the poor service is consistent. There are always 20+ workers standing around, yet no one offers to help with the pounds of plants I purchase. Went here and bought weed killer that they recommended, it didnt work and after a bit of a fight I was able to return it. Went back to buy mulch which previously I was told no delivery fee if buying more than 3 yards. Now im being told it's $100 for 2 miles down the road no matter how much I buy. Will not be buying from here again

I’ve been coming to what is now called Huatan Gardens for years, and I have to say—it’s just not the same since the ownership changed. There used to be a wider, more vibrant selection of plants, but now it feels a quite empty and less lively compared to what it once was.
