Mike it’s amazing training men !! Today was my first day with him after a year since my accident. I was scared, and it's incredible how comfortable he made me feel! Without a doubt, you have to go with him!

I've been a member of Spring Fitness for over 5 years, and can't imagine myself being anywhere else. It's family friendly, has a positive and energetic atmosphere, and no one is ever judged. Everyone is family!! The trainers are AMAZING and offer their professional advice/assistance to make sure you're reaching your goals/gains. If you haven't been to the new location, you need to stop by and check it out!
Best gym I've worked out at! The trainers are friendly, outgoing and helpful to everyone. On many occasions Mike has shared his wealth of knowledge to get me closer to my goals. Whether you're just starting out at the gym or have been training your whole life, its a supportive environment that feels like family. The gym is always organized, clean and has plenty of equipment to accomplish your bodybuilding/powerlifting goals!
Spring Fitness is a family gym. It is a place where you go to work out, but also to build connections and meaningful community friendships with other individuals.
