I would start by saying , I'm so thankful to have known and had this journey with Dr. Murugappan . I believe she set the right expectations and was very friendly at the same time . Came in with minimal knowledge about IVF/ egg freezing/ embryo freezing. Met with the doctor, whom was so knowledgeable and considerate. She gave me enough information during my consultation. Updated Review: Just completed Cycle #2. Extremely pleased with the result. Exceeded my expectation. I would've been happy if I'd gotten the same result as first round, but Dr.Murugappan (who took great care of me again) is a total rockstar :) My care team responded to my messages promptly, including providing a doctor's note (quickly) since I wanted to pause my gym membership. If I could give this business no stars that would be greatly appreciated. I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this clinic, and I feel compelled to share my story. My partner and I initially visited the clinic to speak with the doctor, and everything seemed fine at first. Every nurse and physician I encountered provided top-notch, efficient care, which always made me feel like I was in good hands.
