I'm extremely satisfied with my care and outcome of egg freezing. The appointments were timely and quick, the follow ups from the nurses were really helpful staying on track. All the staff/nurses and doctor were extremely helpful, compassionate and patient with me. Highly recommend and it was a smooth experience. A minor point is that I did supplemental reading with AI and modified my diet and fluid/electrolyte intake. Highly disorganized and unprofessional staff. They delayed my procedure for weeks over minor paperwork errors, only to hit me with a surprise $349 out-of-pocket charge the day of the final appointment. They had my insurance info for a long time, so there is no excuse for this lack of transparency. Their behavior was rude and felt like a predatory tactic to force payment. I would not recommend this clinic.
Definitely the worst. I did an initial consultancy and they asked me to do a $2000+ HyCoSy and concluded that my both tubes might not be open and suggested me to do another pricy HSG to confirm. They did not offer Anti-inflammatory drugs after the HyCoSy which led to my UTI later. When I think back, I was pregnant before and should not conduct this service whatsoever at the first place. Dr. Gaya Murugappan and the entire team at Spring are excellent. Dr. Murugappan took the time to connect with me on a personal level, and every staff member I interacted with was patient, kind, and highly knowledgeable. Spring truly guides you through complex and deeply personal processes with care and clarity. I’m very satisfied with my experience and fully intend to return as a repeat patient.
I had a wonderful experience at Spring Fertility Sunnyvale with Dr Murugappan! I went through 4 rounds of egg freezing at Spring. From the beginning, Dr Murugappan was very thoughtful in coming up with my treatment plan given my age and fertility markers. She was always forthright, positive, and reassuring throughout the process.
