Extremely poor attitude from the nursing staff. The RN is highly defensive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to assist with a simple request to update my contact information. Instead of helping, she sent a rude email scolding me. If they can’t even handle a basic phone number change professionally, I have zero confidence in their ability to manage actual medical emergencies during treatment.
