We've had a long challenging and ongoing infertility journey for the past five years, but one part that has made it better was the support of Spring. The nurse and doctors were quick to communicate, and made the tough procedures within the facility a bit easier as everyone was very warm to us, and even gave us heated blankets. I deeply regret choosing Spring Fertility for our fertility journey. Here's what makes this so frustrating: when you're actually in the clinic, the doctors and staff are wonderful - genuinely caring, supportive, and they take time to explain everything and make sure you're comfortable. It's a nightmare, they didn't provide ANY treatment plan or timeline, zero communication, we keep delaying the process month over month and we still have no idea what we should do right now? The App is a joke, you are not able to connect to the doctor directly, they sent us the treatment consent two months ago, we told them to correct some fields before we can sign it, and zero response till today. If you are looking to do IVF please find somewhere else.
I would start by saying , I'm so thankful to have known and had this journey with Dr. Murugappan . I believe she set the right expectations and was very friendly at the same time . Her team took extremely good care during the egg retrieval process. A special mention to nurse Mae who carefully and slowly explained the processes and guided on administering injections and refilling medicines .
