Great guy in retail helped a lot with down lighters today , best place to go.
I had a faulty floor lamp which a gentleman at Spring Electrical fixed for me. Brilliant service, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Professional friendly service
Used the retail shop which has changed since I was last in there. I went to ask a question and availability about a part and found the guy behind the counter not very helpful and he came over as dismissive and quite condescending....if your not trade you will get a better service at B&Q, Wickes, Homebase etc:
