Dr. Oh is extremely thorough and does the cleaning himself, which I like because the dentist is actually looking at your teeth, beyond the x-ray. Very efficient practice. Couldn’t even tell you if the waiting room chairs are comfortable because they always run on time. No hassle making an appointment, either. They have good availability without making you wait months. The whole team makes you feel like a valued patient here.
The office is very welcoming and efficient. Dr Oh is kind and hands on. He did my cleaning himself. He also has done a crown for me and I am very satisfied.
I called to ask a question about if their office was willing to donate extra supplies for my high school community project and I was met with a really rude response and I apologized before they abruptly hung up. I’m really passionate about dentistry and hope to become a dentist one day and combine that with service and the response I was met with was really unkind.
