I called to ask a question about if their office was willing to donate extra supplies for my high school community project and I was met with a really rude response and I apologized before they abruptly hung up. I’m really passionate about dentistry and hope to become a dentist one day and combine that with service and the response I was met with was really unkind.
My experience at Spring Dental Care with Dr. Jung Min Oh has been absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
