Great experience from start to finish. I bought the Flair model. Our salesman Chris was great. He actually took time to explain everything, and also gave out his number if we had any additional questions. Very happy with our purchase, and the level of customer service. The tub itself is great. We looked into purchasing a hot tub for quite a while, and we HANDS DOWN had the best experience at the Spring Dance Plymouth Meeting location! Chris was honestly the main reason we decided to purchase our hot tub here, even though we live about an hour and a half away.
