Excellent service from beginning of the sale to the completion of the sale and after
I just wanted to share my positive experience with Spring Dance. I purchased a grande tub from them about three years ago, and it has been nothing short of fantastic. The service provided has been consistently excellent, and even after all this time, the salesperson was extremely helpful when we had a question about the tub. I can't recommend them highly enough – they truly go above and beyond for their customers.
I bought a hot tub about 3 year ago. The tub is leaking so I called to get it serviced. Someone came out and determined it was a severe leak that need to be brought back to the shop to get repaired. The hot tub is covered under warranty. I didn't hear back so I left a message with the service department. I then received an email that it would take several months to have them fix it.
