Rented a space for boat storage Shelly was amazing and super helpful with everything. Moving can be so stressful but she really made this process so easy! Dowloaded The Cubesmart app too
Had a great experience getting unit set up with Shelly! Highly recommend! Edited 6/20/26 While the initial setup was great, they charged my account for an additional month after we had already cleared out our unit and informed them we were done with it. When setting up, I was told that was all we needed to do. Yet, almost immediately after my emailing the mgmt about getting a late fee notification, they billed me for an additional month of storage without explanation. I needed a second storage unit and there are many other places nearby. But the manager of this property, Shelley, is the reason that I rented a second unit at this property. Shelley is top notch with customer service and she takes pride in keeping this property nice, clean, and secure. Go to the office and ask for Shelley. She will take good care of you!
