My experience with Mark was one of worst experiences I’ve had with a business. The only way I got my money back from him was by getting consumer affairs involved, as he ignored my request for a refund. I was originally told he would have our fly screens ready in 3-4 weeks, after 5 months of waiting not a single fly screen was installed. I had the same after sales experience - none! Following numerous phone calls, then emails, he said he would come out but never showed. I was left exhausted and wondering how someone like that could still be in business.
I don't ever write reviews, but this is crazy. Bought a big blind for my office, which cost $918.50. It worked for a while and then the spring broke. I called Mark more than 10 times to request it to be fixed (I was happy to pay). First it took months to (aledgedly) order the part, then every week I would call and be told that he'd 'come around and fix it this week' only to never show up. I have given up and removed the blind. Within a week of receiving the quote I paid the 50% deposit totalling $1350. This was in February 2023. Mark never replied to an email and each call I made, mark told me they would be installed shortly. I emailed in August 2023 requesting a refund as it’s clear Mark has no intention of completing the order. It’s now almost October 2023 and Mark has not responded nor refunded my depos... read more
