Location was hard to beat. Local traffic levels have made it almost quicker to walk most places in town than to attempt to drive. Only minor downsides are ongoing construction which has some noise and for condos selling at this price point there could have been a bit more sound deadening between units. A white noise machine solved the majority of that issue pretty easily.
