Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. After moving out of my rental home, I was unfairly charged for days when the property was vacant, with no water usage. It seems like an excuse to avoid refunding my security deposit.
The absolute worst internal processes and also their customer service is hands down the worst! For example this morning no water pressure, no text, no email, nothing posted on the direct site, so I wait 45mins, still nothing posted or notifications. I call and the lady who answered cut me off while speaking (assuming she’s getting a lot of calls, ok) so I tried to let her know there’s no notifications going out and she kept repeating herself cutting me off and saying they’re working on it, it will be back up and then hung up... read more
