The absolute worst internal processes and also their customer service is hands down the worst! For example this morning no water pressure, no text, no email, nothing posted on the direct site, so I wait 45mins, still nothing posted or notifications. I call and the lady who answered cut me off while speaking (assuming she’s getting a lot of calls, ok) so I tried to let her know there’s no notifications going out and she kept repeating herself cutting me off and saying they’re working on it, it will be back up and then hung up... read more

Customer service has been very good.
Deserves 0 stars!!!!! Absolute crooks!!!!! Falsifies information, lies to customers, steals your money through fees and nonrefundable security deposits. This place needs charged for criminal acts of theft and extortion. More people need to submit claims and reports to the BBB and state attorneys office.
