I was referred within the Methodist Hospital Group, but in two attempts to make a phone call to schedule an appointment, I could not get past the charm school graduate who answered the phone. Rude, abrasive, arrogant, and condescending, all wrapped into one individual. Life is too short to put up with unkind people like this staff. There are other medical providers.

Dr. S. has been exceptionally patient and attentive in caring for my 82‑year‑old mother. Although she typically feels more comfortable with female physicians, his kindness and professionalism quickly put her at ease. He listens carefully, treats her with respect, and has made a meaningful difference in her comfort level. We are truly grateful for the compassionate care he provides.

After a HORRIBLE experience with Texas Urology Specialist and another urologist, we came to see Dr Shirodkar. Thank goodness we did!! He is amazing, smart, attentive, very patient, answers all questions, and is very detailed! Hands down the best urologist and his office staff was great too. Don’t go anywhere else.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional! I’m not surprised they have 3 stars. I called well before my appointment to notify them I was running 10 minutes late due to weather/traffic. I then called them back less than 2 minutes later to notify them I will be on time. I arrived a few minutes early, they asked me to complete the paper work and then notified me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I’ll be finding a new Urologist.

Called to make an appointment for my husband and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back about an hour later and again Amanda answered the phone and was extremely rude and put me on hold again this time for 5 minutes. Eventually did get the appointment scheduled, however the people answering the phones are the first impression of a doctors office and she needs to do better. If it wasn’t for Dr. Shirodkar I would find him a new urologist.
