Dear all, I’d like to tell you about my experience with Dr. Russell Libby and his staff. But before I start, I’d like to point out that when we’re not happy with the service that we’ve received (from anyone and in any industry) we don’t hesitate to complain and will go to any length to voice our opinion. The office staff was rude and unprofessional so I left a review on the docs business profile so it would get resolved. I was also told a follow up visit less than 30 days would be NO charge. I get to my follow up and they charge me even after telling them what Kwatra said about no charge... I complain to Kwatra he said he will refund that money and told me to REMOVE my bad review or he would cancel ME as a customer. Sir fix your office issues. I can't respect a liar and a thief.
