Called to make an appointment for my husband and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back about an hour later and again Amanda answered the phone and was extremely rude and put me on hold again this time for 5 minutes. Eventually did get the appointment scheduled, however the people answering the phones are the first impression of a doctors office and she needs to do better. If it wasn’t for Dr. Shirodkar I would find him a new urologist.
Dr. Shirodkar is the most attentive, precise and caring Urologist. Amanda at the front was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I are both patients.

Dear all, I’d like to tell you about my experience with Dr. Russell Libby and his staff. But before I start, I’d like to point out that when we’re not happy with the service that we’ve received (from anyone and in any industry) we don’t hesitate to complain and will go to any length to voice our opinion.
