Dr. De Kuatra is very rude. He stormed out of my pre-operative consultation because I asked him about what he had told me at the last appointment—that the procedure would be simple, that he would remove my catheter the next day, and everything would be fine. Now he said he couldn't guarantee anything, and then he left, saying, "Find another urologist." He's very rude! He's also impatient and easily angered.
while the doctor did a good job. i have had a terrible time getting my records from the place. the people are very rude . and unpleasant. hippo rules a reasonable amount. not hundreds. of dollars. they claimed they don't receive request. even with proof of delivery. very unprofessional front office for this reason they get a single star. . waiting on the hippa lawyers for advice on this matter sad really the doctors allow this
Dr. Shirodkar is a great doctor. He's very attentive, and will take the time to talk to you about your symptoms. I give him 5 stars. Unfortunately, I will be switching doctor's due to the treatment I received from a member of his staff, Karen. Her handling of me brought me to tears. I called to let the doctor know that the medication he prescribed hadn't changed my symptoms. I asked could she relay the message. She belittled me and told me she would do the best she could. I have never had that type of treatment before.
Dr. Kwatra treated me for a condition that I never had for almost 2 years.
I’ve been coming to Spring Creek Urology for 8 years. The entire staff is EXCELLENT. I’m seen for my regular checkups and have had minor procedures here. I completely trust Dr. Shirodkar. and completely recommend to anyone looking for a great urologist. A+++++!!
