Do NOT EVER USE THESE STORAGE UNITS!! When I opened up mine to get my things, it was a whole dirt pile! Dust was everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE!!! It was like someone came by and dumped piles of dirt everywhere! Do not rent here at all unless you want piles and piles of dust!!

Do not use these storage units!! I opened mine and it’s a dirt pile inside all over my stuff! My stuff would’ve been more safe on a field with a tarp!

Both my parents and I have attempted to rent units from spring creek storage. Both access codes that we received do not work. I have waited on hold for 27 minutes waiting to “speak to an employee”. Sadly disappointed that we can’t get in even though we’ve both set up accounts.

Absolutely worthless! Starting with the promo code advertised ON THEIR WEBSITE not working, to the gate access code never working AND then a second access code not working either (since we rented a second unit out of desperation!) Called the only available phone number...no answer. Tried the online chat...no reply. Drove the Uhaul away (that we now have to pay for extra days!) several hundred dollars poorer and were never able to get the gate to open. This facility is the prettiest pile of trash in Twin Falls!
