HORRIBLE!!! I informed them I was going to possibly be a few days late on a payment due to changing my VA Direct Deposit information and that I was still setting everything up. I called to let them know of the situation a week or so in advance. The woman I spoke with told me that it would be ok. NOPE!!! They locked my storage and told me I couldn’t unlock it because it was up for auction. I called the day after my payment was due to make a payment and resubmit my direct deposit information.
