I would leave 0 if I could.. this is not a rehabilitation center, this is a place to let someone go to end their lives. The rehab staff that I did encounter were great, but they are there only for that (one brief visit in four days that I was aware of). otherwise the nurses and staff are clueless to patient needs besides heavily medicating instead of treatment efforts or actual care of the residents. Will add photos when(if) admin actually contacts back.

This facility may not look pretty, but the people who work here are truly amazing. My brother-in-law is there currently. He has said they all treat him very well. On one specific visit; it was me, my husband, and my son visiting. My son actually passed out during the visit and all the nurses came running and ran his vitals and encouraged us to go to the ER which I am so glad we did. I was nervous about moving my dad into a place that's not close to home. He's been here for several months now and it's the best decision I made. The staff if AWESOME and take great care of my dad!
