Our family has been so impressed with the care at Spring Creek Nursing & Rehab. The entire staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive and the administrators are excellent. Spring Creek Nursing has been wonderful for my mom. Top notch administrators, very responsive nursing care and support staff. Clean and nice rooms. The daily activities and frequent celebrations are wonderful and engaging. Residents are well cared for. My mom loves the food and new friends she has made!
I know 2 people there. One person decided on colostomy bag because she sat in her own fences so long it constantly ate skin off. Second person had laid in their fences , mid back to knees, for 2 hours and that's with me trying to get help. This place is nothing short of just stealing money from the state, not doing rehab , not caring for patients correctly. I'm contacting a lawyer.
