This facility may not look pretty, but the people who work here are truly amazing. My brother-in-law is there currently. He has said they all treat him very well. On one specific visit; it was me, my husband, and my son visiting. My son actually passed out during the visit and all the nurses came running and ran his vitals and encouraged us to go to the ER which I am so glad we did. Spring Creek Nursing has been wonderful for my mom. Top notch administrators, very responsive nursing care and support staff. Clean and nice rooms. The daily activities and frequent celebrations are wonderful and engaging. Residents are well cared for. My mom loves the food and new friends she has made!
