We had a shower issue, which was never fixed, our stove doesn't work and when our fridge quit working they replaced it with a dirty fridge that the door fell off every time we opened it. For God's sake man. Where are the tenenants rights. It's disgusting that every month you collect $1000 rent and disregard us. The downstairs neighbors pay a whopping $280 a month because they get state assistance but they run a trap house and I feel unsafe in my home everyday. I am a tenant at 457 4th st Idaho Falls ID 83401. We signed the lease 13 months ago. We have been living in hell since. We moved in to many repairs needed and some that we just chose to ignore because the maintenance men suggested we focus on the "main issues" like water and heat. Fml. Should be a given that water and heat are included, right? Well, it was like pulling teeth to get them to do the maintenance. They are not consistent, one person can do something's and the other person is given a notice. Would be nice if they stuck to the Lease Agreement. That's why I moved, not fair.
