Spring Creek Barbeque – My husband & I went 1st and last time a month ago to this restaurant after church. It was over-priced, not that great a food, and the portions were small. I'm not a big eater, so that's saying something for me! I'm amazed to see the positive posts here, I suppose because I'm not new to TX BBQ, and this place is NOT the place for a first-timer. Great barbecue – Now, I'm a Texan, born and raised. While this isn't the best barbecue I've had (hello...family barbecues are the best!), it comes pretty darn close, and I mean that! I pretty much always get beans, macaroni and cheese (note: it's not that good...it's very weak-tasting), and coleslaw. Their rolls, and sweet tea are my favorit... read more

North Texas barbecue chain that sells its original sauce in the bottle dishes up choice cuts in a friendly atmosphere. – In Short Spring Creek feels like a log cabin; dining areas features wooden tables and cozier booths. While customers feast, servers circle with baskets of complimentary freshly baked rolls--a real highlight. The menu is classic barbeque with beef, sausage, ribs, turkey, ham and chicken. Customers stack as many veggies (slaw, beans, potato salad, etc.) as they can fit on the rest of the plate. Save room for... read more
