Absolutely horrendous, $50 per month for association fees and there is absolutely nothing to show for it. Garbage roads and poor winter snow maintenance, and they only maintain the county dirt roads about 3 times per year. You're paying them to literally do nothing at all except tell you what you can and cannot do on property that you own. Total garbage HOA. Every year they up dues in the name of their still falling apart Horse Palace. Never do anything in a timely manner, had pot holes on my road for almost 2 years before they repaired. 100% recommend not living in Spring Creek unless the Spring Creek Association can be removed
