High monthly fees, and they act like gods telling you what you can and can't do on YOUR property 😤
Absolutely horrendous, $50 per month for association fees and there is absolutely nothing to show for it. Garbage roads and poor winter snow maintenance, and they only maintain the county dirt roads about 3 times per year. You're paying them to literally do nothing at all except tell you what you can and cannot do on property that you own.
