Edit: June 21, 2025. Both pools are still closed. Old review: The other reviews speak plenty of the quality of the units, so here's another factor to consider. Just yesterday units were threatened with a 75 dollar fee if they didn't ensure that the front office has a key to their unit within 24 hours. Never ONCE in my rental history have I ever been held responsible for making sure the owner had a key to my place. That is THEIR job, their responsibility. Overpriced low quality apartments. if you leave a bad review while you live here there will intimidate you into removing it. A lot of fees are added pointlessly. Windows are nearly impossible to open. Insulation is terrible and electric bills are high because of it. Worst place I have ever lived
Funcionários são ótimo atendestes, um lugar bonito, porém acho um absurdo não ter numeração nas vagas. Alguns vizinhos inconveniente não enchergam isso e ocupam todas as vagas.
Very bad, there are a lot of cockroaches and even rats, there is no proper maintenance, and worst of all there is no parking space if you want to put your car you have to put it on the street or in another resident's parking space. In the photo none of these cars are from residents of the condominium, they are from people who come from outside and take their place in the parking lot
I lived at The Berryessa for a few months — it’s a nice place to live, but it needs some improvements. There are some pest issues, it’s a bit disorganized, and the parking spots aren’t numbered. It would be great to make the place more functional and welcoming.
