Excellent, caring vet! We just moved to Guntersville and she helped our sick kitty. The practice came highly recommended. We are very pleased.
Spring Creek Rocks I live in Albertville and chose to drive down the hill for Spring Creek. If you live in Marshall County and you take you animals anywere else...you are CRAZY. I trust Dr. Parks and her staff. They care about animals and they are not rip off artist like some vets. You can tell the minute you walk in her office because even the fish are smiling.
Dr. Park & staff rock! We trust Dr. Park and her extremely competent staff completely. Dr. Park and her assistant (who has McGyver like talents) are both intuitive and very well educated-both in common sense and book sense. They are very good about answering any questions, and are especially good with large breed dogs. Pros: Awesome! Cons: It gets a little crowded on Saturday morning due to their popularity.
Sad & Lonley My experience with them was a nightmare..Took my puppy of 6mths to be neutered at 9am,called them at 1pm to check on him & they told me that he hasn't been back for surgery yet, told them he hasn't had anything to eat nor drink since midnight as they ask..They told me he was next in line, & at 2pm they called & told me that he didn't make it through, that he had allergic reaction of some sort..I feel at fault because everyone ask me later if they did any blood work before surgery & they didn't even mention it..
Great Pricing! This place is the best around here that I have seen. They have the best prices and they are really good with animals. The place looks just like a little house and thats good because sometimes smaller "in home" type places treat your animals more like thier own pets!
Friendly and Priced Reasonable We took our cats here one time to get them declawed. They were by far the cheapest in our sorrounding area. Do not let this fool you because they were also very good with our cats.
