They make tons of promises but fail to follow through. We were told after picking up our fur baby she sat in her own pee for 2 days( which has caused sores on her booty. The fun loving goofball we dropped off, was not the same sad pitiful pup we picked up. Before she loved her kennel now she's terrified of it. Before she adored her daddy, now she afraid of him.
