It is SO fun! I am a bigger girl and was very nervous at first but everyone is encouraging and definitely a no judgement zone. My mom and I did it together and had a great workout while making fun of each other. If you get motion sickness easily just take the moves slower, it didn’t start to bother me til we went faster at the end.

This was such a fun class! I took Bungee 1 for beginners. Liked it so well, I bought a package of 10 classes.

My cousin planned a beginner class for some family on a whim, and I was nervous at first, but Alyssa was the BEST! She totally made us all feel comfortable and it was the most fun and productive workout I’ve had! I loved the pace of instruction and the adaptations. I also really appreciated the door being locked during our session, it felt really safe! I definitely plan on coming back.

My friends and I had so much fun trying the Level 1 bungee class. The instructor was very helpful and enjoyable. The music selection was perfect. We did squats, lunges, burpees, jumping jacks, bunny hops, and more. The bungee makes everything easier and is like a resistance band.
