The entire development seems to have been plopped down without any consideration for the surrounding environment. The houses are packed together like sardines, leaving no space for privacy or outdoor enjoyment. The views are depressing, with no greenery in sight—just rows of poorly constructed homes staring at each other. It’s a concrete jungle with no charm or character. Very bad customer service as soon as they close the house. Don't move here. Tried to submit the request to fix the house under warranty and they made it so difficult. Nobody picked up the phone and the one person I have the email address to contact Laurel Monterosa isn't helpful at all....
I purchased my house in 2021 and unfortunately now regret it. The construction of my house was done poorly and I have had issues. Which is disappointing because I expected better quality. In addition, the neighborhood restrictions have become stifling and unreasonable. The parking app stipulation makes it difficult to have guests over. You have to register every guest or their vehicle will be towed. There have been instances where vehicles were registered but their car was still towed.
