Very disappointed with Spring Brook Veterinary Clinic. While on vacation camping hours from home our 13 year old dog suffered significant health issues. These health issues unfortunately required us to put him down. During this stressful and heartbreaking time we were told by SBVC that they are not currently talking new patients. Would not recommend using SBVC.
The reception was very rude.. instead of suggesting other options so I could figure out how to pay to get my dog fixed or a payment or anything.. the receptionist laughed at me and said it world cost more somewhere else. You have lost my business. Maybe find a humble receptionist.
