We recently moved to New Jersey and decided on Springbrook at Chatham as our place of stay only because of an easy commute to the office. I initially expected 12 months of stay here, but my office team wants me to relocate to Dallas. Upon checking if I can break the lease, we need to give a 60-day notice period along with a penalty of $5195 (equal to 2 month's rent) and pay our regular rentals.
