When the unfortunate day comes where its time to say goodbye to your four legged baby Spring Branch Vet is by far the best place you could take them. The team was compationate patient and unbelievably patient with our needs. This was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do and I am so glad I came here. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone who was there yesterday.
Posting again because the level of care we receive from everyone is outstanding!! When your world is turning so fast these ladies know how to talk and help you through whatever you’re going through. Not moving anywhere else, this is OUR vet!!
I had to have our little pom put down. I cannot speak highly enough how caring and professional all the staff from the receptionist to the vet were. They took their time and explained every detail not to mention they have the best prices in the whole area. This place is super clean and very accommodating. We had our little girl cremated and when I picked up her ashes the presentation was above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone who adores their fur babies.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor was wonderful and took great care of my dogs. Nathalia was especially kind and helpful throughout the visit. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring veterinary team.
The ENTIRE Staff are AWESOME from the time you walk in, the Front Staff, the Tech, and the Veterinarians are Great. The Vets tell you what is happening, options on treatment, and they don't try to nickle and dime you. They know their craft, have integrity, not just trying to take money just to take it, and are genuinely nice.. For me as a Retired Army Soldier these are qualities that I appreciate it. Give them an opportunity. I highly recommend Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital💜
