I had to have our little pom put down. I cannot speak highly enough how caring and professional all the staff from the receptionist to the vet were. They took their time and explained every detail not to mention they have the best prices in the whole area. This place is super clean and very accommodating. We had our little girl cremated and when I picked up her ashes the presentation was above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone who adores their fur babies.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor was wonderful and took great care of my dogs. Nathalia was especially kind and helpful throughout the visit. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring veterinary team.
The ENTIRE Staff are AWESOME from the time you walk in, the Front Staff, the Tech, and the Veterinarians are Great. The Vets tell you what is happening, options on treatment, and they don't try to nickle and dime you. They know their craft, have integrity, not just trying to take money just to take it, and are genuinely nice.. For me as a Retired Army Soldier these are qualities that I appreciate it. Give them an opportunity. I highly recommend Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital💜
Used to be good, but quality of care has certainly slipped the last few years, IMO. In the past, the vet would actually take time to examine my dogs, talk to me. Last few visits, it has been the vet technicians that seem to handle the examination and treatment, the consultation by the vets would be brief and rushed. And the vet techs usually spend more time explaining the costs of the treatment rather than the medical issues...no wonder, their fees have certainly increased dramatically over the last few years.
Put a couple dogs down for me. Pretty good people. They send you a sorry card in the mail which is a nice touch
