Dr Duncan is tremendous and the staff is exceptional.
Friendly staff. They were very patient with my dog, who is not a fan of veterinary offices. They were all very knowledgeable and worked with my current veterinary needs. What I mean is, they didn’t try to upsell, they listened to what I needed to get done (vaccines for kenneling) and didn’t refuse care or anything because I didn’t want the whole exam. I appreciate that, and I look forward to seeing them again when I return from my trip to get recommended exams and care for both of my dogs. Overall, great experience.
When the unfortunate day comes where its time to say goodbye to your four legged baby Spring Branch Vet is by far the best place you could take them. The team was compationate patient and unbelievably patient with our needs. This was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do and I am so glad I came here. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone who was there yesterday.
Posting again because the level of care we receive from everyone is outstanding!! When your world is turning so fast these ladies know how to talk and help you through whatever you’re going through. Not moving anywhere else, this is OUR vet!!
