Good atenttion and wonderful staff.
-Doctor Soorty had no bedside manners. -was of no help. Waste of time. -There was a medical assistant that clearly didn’t know that she didn’t have to fill the whole circles with my child’s blood drops when the DSHS clearly states “if a circle is not fully filled after one application, you should move on to the next circle”. Smh 🤦🏻♀️

I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by [Naila Soorty]. Despite seeing her for over a year now, she consistently misgenders my child, which is incredibly hurtful and disrespectful. This has been an ongoing issue, and it's frustrating that it continues after so much time. In addition to this, the provider often dismisses my concerns by attributing every issue to either allergies or eczema, regardless of the symptoms we're dealing with. When I tell yall this is far the WORSE doctors office I have been to for my kids. I am from Alabama, my kids were born in the best hospitals with the best doctors (UAB). And the experience we experience today was terrible. Dr. Scorty is very rude. She told my 11 year old daughter she was overweight, which we had already knew but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. My 9 year old also had her wellness check.
