I had a great experience at this clinic. Joanna, the medical assistant, was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Aida was very caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The whole team was professional, and I highly recommend this clinic!
I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The provider Aida took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. A special thank you to Liseth who was incredibly friendly and patient. The clinic was clean, organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. I truly felt like they cared about my health and well-being. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care!
Clínica muy cómoda. Atencion al cliente de las chicas muy buena, pero no sé si son médicos los que atienden con una lapto en la mano. Te preguntan 4 tonterías y listo. Tú le dices que tienes x cosas y no te lo analizan. Dicen que tienes que pedir otra cita, eso no lo pude entender. Si de verdad son médicos deben hacer exploración y tomar las inquietudes del paciente. No vuelvo jamás allí. Perdí el tiempo.
Excelente atención de principio a fin. Todo el personal fue amable profesional , y me hicieron sentir cómodo desde que llegué. Las enfermeras Lisette y Johana fueron muy amables. La Nurse Practitioner Aida dedicó el tiempo necesario para escucharme , explicarme cada detalle y responder mis preguntas. La clínica está impecablemente limpia y bien organizada. Es evidente que se preocupan por el bienestar de sus pacientes. Sin duda regresaré cuando lo necesite y la recomiendo ampliamente.
