Honestly, your experience will really depend on who ends up helping you. We were given the wrong information about our appointment and showed up at the wrong location. When we got to the receptionist and explained the situation she seemed completely bothered. She told us we had ten minutes before the appointment would be canceled and that there was nothing she could do. I visited this clinic for help with insurance-related matters and met with a social worker named Allison. At first, she seemed a bit reserved, but as we talked, I realized she is incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. She really listened to my concerns and treated me with so much care and patience. I’m deeply grateful for her support. Thank you, Allison.

Sandra the front desk associate is rude. I called to get information about an appointment that was placed online and was then told the appointment was not available after a confirmation was sent to me. I declined the date for the new appointment and she immediately hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. If I would have considered coming to this office to rescheduled, it’s not happening now.
